February 16, 2024 - CB rarely disappoints and I think I am learning that I prefer these on the younger side.
This bottle disgorged 2021.
Mousse is on the more subdued side as is characteristic of this producer.
Flavors are intense yet delicate precise, pears and mineral.

November 3, 2023 - Late night small group at Maison Dakota. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, medium intensity, yellow lemon colour. Thin legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of saline minerals, limestone, sea-shells, citrus lemon. Developing.
On the palate, dry, lovely high acidity, medium- alcohol (12.5%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of biscuits, honey drizzle, nicely ripe citrus lemon, soda, salty wet saline stones minerality, seashell. Long honeyed fruit finish.

October 27, 2023 - Champagne Tasting on Champagne Day (Park 90): Impressions, V18, disgorged 2020, the most complete one in the tasting and first to finish. Delicate aromas of red apple, pear, beautifully vinous on the palate. Fireworks on the finish with lots going on. Stunning bubble

July 25, 2023 - Disgorged May, 2020. Last bottle was about a year ago and this one has evolved a bit: A touch less fruit and a bit more minerality; also a touch of toast. Flavors expand a bit as it warms up. Still so smooth, perfect acidity, not sweet, not too dry; everything in balance. No rush.
