September 24, 2023 - Floral and ripe with honey, yellow fruit and custard. It was ripe and fat with moderate acidity. Drinking at peak.

March 2, 2014 - Opened 6 hours prior. Very young, light yellow in color. Nice mineral, lemon, white floral nose, light stone fruit. By dinner time, pretty much unchanged. After another hour though, the fruit became richer and more ripe yellow peach/nectarine. Rounder and fatter in the mouth. Delicious.
