September 16, 2015 - A lot better than the last time I tasted. On the sweet side but balanced with the acid for a pleasant more dessert style wine. Opened for adding to a tuna casserole, but drank a glass and was pleased with what more bottle time has given. Added to and drank with an Asian stir fry and it worked very well like an off dry Riesling. What a change from their Pinot that is dry and austere, this is lush with lemon pulp acids and tannins. The low alc makes this very drinkable.

May 9, 2015 - Dinner Wines and a Teutonic Tasting; 5/7/2015-5/10/2015 (Various): very pale gold color, 2oz pour. Aromatic, pungent, floral, cat pee, green fruits. The palate is sweet, very sweet, peach fuzz, spice.

April 21, 2015 - Off dry and way too floral for our tastes, like chewing some sweet sorell. Salvageable by blending to make a wine cooler or for cooking. Lack of acid is the major deficiency.
