January 25, 2016 - “Natural Wine Soirée” (non-blind), Flight 1, Wine 3: The wine was medium yellow-golden in colour and offered tangerine, apple, honey, tobacco leave and wet wool aromas on the nose. On the palate the wine showed citrus, orange marmalade and honey, complemented by mild honeyed spiciness, with medium-plus acidity and superb length. The medium- to full-bodied, botrytis-influenced wine was rich yet fresh and kept developing in the glass as time passed.
