June 18, 2016 - Effervescent. Lime, honey, lots of acidity, but not overpoweringly so, still a bit of a golden residual sweetness that got more prominent and heavy with time in glass. Curious what this is like in a few years as it mellows out.

Incredibly zesty citric acidity that makes the mouth water. Slightly fizzy. Rather high levels of sweetness which does get a bit heavy after a while.
The wine is all about generosity and the fresh acidity. What it lacks is complexity and elegance.
