December 14, 2019 - rich, honey-like color; hints of honey and citrus on the nose and palate; acids still present but subdued; round without being overly creamy; nice all in all; solid, without being exceptional; doesn't seem like it's going to improve from here with age

July 21, 2017 - We probably drank this early, but it was good nonetheless. It exhibited generous crisp acidity, flavors of lemon and green apple, and subtle woody notes. Very good value at $20 from WTSO.

May 14, 2016 - Admittedly I'm inexperienced with white burg and Chard in general but this seems to hit that middle of the spectrum that ranges from tart green apple to buttery popcorn chard. Beautifully balanced and great body and length. Glad I bought a bunch of these. Will probably open my remaining bottles of this wine over the next 2 years.
