Community Tasting Notes 12

August 31, 2020 - Tasted blind. Quite fragrant nose of sweet peach, flowers, apricot, and herbs. On the palate, there are notes of strawberries, passion fruit, and oranges. Nice acidity and pretty long finish. This was a lot better once it came closer to room temperature.

August 13, 2020 - Zoom tasting. Tasted double blind. This is pretty weird when opened - very salty and umami but also kind of stinky and funky. On day 2 the nose is strawberry, salty, savory and somewhat funky but nowhere near like last night. The palate is very acidic - crunchy and savory drenched in minerals a bit of berries. Crisp saline red finish.

May 26, 2020 - Really seems to be kicking into high gear- good acidity, blood orange fruit, umami- and seems to have many years left in the tank. Fantastic.

May 25, 2020 - This was incredible with intense focus and salty acidity. No rush though. Has plenty of legs left.

November 9, 2019 - Beauty. Properly aged and drinking in its prime. Lovely juice.
