September 27, 2020 - By the glass. I don't know if there are four brothers behind this wine but considering this seven years old bottle, they're in dispute for sure. Cherish on the nose, quite simple and lineal. Any wine from Irancy have triple of complexity.
Also frutty on the palate, watery texture yet rich with a long length. No depth at all. Just for beginners.

December 30, 2018 - A proper expression of Barbera, a very underappreciated grape in Piemonte. Bright berry fruit in the form of blackcurrant, raspberry and dark/sour cherry with hints of forest floor, just cracking open the development stage. Medium body, medium everything else with a decent finish. Nothing overly complex, but nice stuff to start the evening with if you're heading into more serious stuff.

April 17, 2015 - kernel aromas (roasted nut skin) coming up even further in the mix here. red cherry and kernel aromas. med body and lively on the palate. 6 months in large oak barrels.
Boroli purchased vineyards in 1997 in Castiglione Falleto and Cascina Bompe.
'ripe forest fruit and vanilla with balanced acid.'
