  February 14, 2021 - Took a bit of time to get it open - some leather, wet fur, black olive - black cherry - great nose (esp. on day 2) - soft tannins and great acidity which gives it quite a bit of zip across the palate. Enjoyable

  July 14, 2018 - Fantastic showing... full of white pepper and garrigue, integrated canned red and dark fruits. Clean and low ABV; fantastic with lean steak and rich romanesco.
