Community Tasting Notes 4

January 19, 2022 - It had a certain elegance, but was not as complex as the Evening Land Seven Springs we had a week ago. The White Rose also was fading some at this point.

May 25, 2017 - Light in colour nose and initial palate.
    Cherry and spice
    Chewy and chocolate
    Smoke up the nose
    Still miss the burgundy barnyard.
    This wine will evolve.

November 26, 2015 - Nice balance of fruit and acidity. I had this wine in the fridge for about 24 hours so it was far too cold when I opened it. Even then, it was incredibly aromatic. As it warmed to the correct temperature it retained the aromas. After two hours it was time to drink and it was a perfect place. It was beautiful.

October 11, 2015 - Wedding weekend wine tasting! (Willamette Valley): Much more fruit forward than the Lia's was. Here again I don't have detailed notes so just going off of my impressions. I liked this wine. Felt approachable, but you might get a bit of a benefit from giving it some time as well. While it was fruitier, still had that great acidity that I now associate with White Rose.
