February 17, 2024 - The wine is still medium+on acidity and medium on tannins - the fruit is mature cherries and blackberries - clearly earthiness and leather - the wine is still very structured and has a good balance and a fine aftertaste. I will however go done to 93 this time after have been on 94 for a while - this bottle is great - but is just missing something compared to the other bottles - hope is bottle variation still have 3 bottles left.

January 22, 2022 - We had a tasting 1995 and 2000 - both are medium + on tannins and acidity. On this wine - you get a lot of fruit but more mature compared to 2000. We are getting cranberries (but clearly much less than in 2000), ripe cherries and blackberries. We also get some earthiness and some camphor (less pronounced than in 2000) and leather. The wine has a great balance. We are getting a good aftertaste. This is clearly a good wine that still is drinking well - and we are happy to stay on 94. This wine is more structured than the 2000.

February 6, 2021 - What a nice wine - we are clearly happy to stay at solid 94 - the wine is 26 years old and is showing so much fruit and pleasant tannins - giving a very nice balance. The fruit is cherries, black berries and cranberries - we are also getting leather and earthiness - this is a great Chianti.

March 13, 2020 - We are happy to stay at 94 - what a great wine so much balance - still medium minus tannins - and very well integrated - actually in the beginning the tannins was a bit harder - but that changed very fast - the fruits is cherries and blackberries - a really great glass of wine that will stay great for at least 10 years more.

January 24, 2020 - What an improvement - such an impressive balance - the wine is almost kissing your mouth - we had a tasting together with 2001 - and this is clearly the winner - the fruit is cherries and blackberries - tannins are medium minus the are soft - I think I was a bit unlucky with my last bottle - this is just great happy to give big 94.
