July 1, 2023 - Absolutely beautiful perfume out of the gate. Intoxicating. Very giving on the palate early on as well. However it did clinch up/shut down after about an hour open. Hard to say whether that means drink up or hold longer.

May 28, 2022 - 醒酒接近两个小时，淡宝石红色，闻香有淡淡腌菜，熏肉，覆盆子和樱桃的果香，玫瑰花香，面包吐司，还有些石灰的气息，入口酸度高，单宁紧致，颗粒细腻如粉，酒液咸，收口甜美，樱桃，草莓，带着芝麻和奶油的香气，后段辛辣，余味是漂亮红果味。新鲜活泼，口感干净，兼具复杂度。这就是最经典的勃艮第的味道啊，而且喝起来感觉应该是没有带梗发酵。

March 3, 2022 - This is again a top notch wine. Needed some time to open up. But once it did, this one has refinement, lenght and a perfect balance. Just note that you need to decant long before drinking, or hold another 2-3 years. I can't understand the average of 88 points I must say. Drank too young perhaps?

February 1, 2022 - Well, this was delightful tonight with lots of penetrating dark red fruit, rich sous bois undertones, some Asian spice notes, perhaps some hints of nutmeg and an abundance of pretty floral aromas. Quite nice and drinking well above its level.
