    July 27, 2023 - So good for a 2012.

October 7, 2022 - Decanted briefly. This started off beautifully silky and balanced. Once again it went it changed after maybe a half hour, not as tannic and oaky as last time but with some distracting capsicum and less nuance. Once again we finished it before it could come out the other side. So pop and pour this baby if drinking in the near future, or experiment and see what happens after a few hours.

January 29, 2022 - PnP and ready from the get go. Intense on the nose, sweet pipe tobacco, black and blue fruit with floral perfume, almost over the top. The palate was more refined but lovely indeed, black cherry, blackberry, red and black raspberries, that glided over the palate. Scoring perhaps suffered to due to the 09 Lokoya Veeder served along side.

February 13, 2021 - Pulled for V-day with Mrs Geaux Tigers. PnP and phenomenal from the start. Waves of fruit coming and going.

First it was blueberries and black cherry and raspberry. Then blueberry and black cherries and raspberries with tart cherries in a long finish. Then crushed blueberries and black cherry/berry with secondary notes below.

After an hour complimentary smoke, burnt embers and minerals notes appeared.

Gone after 90 min. Hid the 15.3 ac very well.

Mrs Geaux asked why we didn’t load up at release. Answer: not worth the 250ish release price but a steal at sub 200! She asked that we load up on the secondary! A request not often made!

May 4, 2020 - Decanted and served. At first, delicious pure flavors of blueberry liqueur and cassis with thick, silky body. With air it got very tannic and oaky. Didn't give it a chance to come out on the other side but if drinking now I suggest not decanting.
