December 7, 2018 - This one's firing on all cylinders tonight! Pow pow pow! When nebbiolo is in its zone, there's nothing better. Gorgeous brickish crimson color with transparency. Beautiful typicity to the aromatics with rose petals for days, cinnamon stick, orange peel, potpourri, cherry, cranberry, anise, and dried spices. Fantastic; I could smell this all night. Medium (+) body and finish, high acidity, and flavors of high toned red fruits like cherry and cranberry, black tea, orange peel, cinnamon, dried spices, and lightly drying tannins off the back end. Awesome.

November 22, 2015 - Can't believe I gave 90-91 points previously. I don't really remember how those two bottles tasted, but this one was not very good. Even after 13 years, I could feel the tannins. There was a medium nose and some rose flavor. However, there was no balance. Very watery.
