    Présentation technique du domaine
Mise en bouteille : Septembre 2014
    Alcool acquis : 13.5°
    Sucre résiduel : 12.9 g/l
    Acidité totale : 3.7 g/l H2SO4
    pH : 3.4

July 5, 2023 - 05/07/2023 My last. Full white cherry and exotic fruit core, pebbly/granitic minerality and citrus balances its notable viscosity. Floral nuances. Full and just off-dry. A fine wine for spiced oriental cuisine.
    Till 2026.

August 30, 2020 - Pale gold. Honeyed notes on the nose. Nutty. Long finish. Sweet finish. Paired with halibut dinner. A bit sweeter than expected. Complex and really interesting pinot gris expression. Price to value is questionable but worth trying

November 11, 2018 - Fine accompaniment for our roast duck legs.
Ripe exotic-tinged fruit, pebbly minerality and core acidity all bring this excellent full near-dry wine into perfect balance.
Already drinking well, should peak over the next couple of years and perhaps for 10 years from vintage (in my view - others predict a much longer window!). 92+
