November 11, 2018 - 2/3rds through 3 x 6 packs. At this point in its evolution, a solid 2 hour decant is needed. There is a perceptible musty note that has developed in the last few bottles that disappears after the decant. After the decant window, it shines. Solid acidity, smooth tannins, and a great core of red fruits. Drinking window is a bit advanced since we did not cellar the cases and just stored them under the basement stairs.
