  January 7, 2021 - Simple, enjoyable; no ox. Fade? Idk; skeptical
  W/Vinturi: pear, vanilla
  W/o: butter, acid, vanilla & pear, in descending prominence
  Prefer the Vinturi's journey from sweet to bitter this time around
  Oh yeah; $5!
  
  Next day, w & w/o Vinturi: vanilla, quince, pear, demerara, toast, lovely (maybe even intense), floral finish
  Dubious I'll be able to save any for tomorrow

  February 13, 2020 - Once it got some air had subtle oak, citrus, and tropical notes. A bit tart. It’s a nice wine but didn’t really blow us away in any aspect. Not getting any better from age at this point.

  November 25, 2018 - This bottle seemed to be more zippy and have a powerful almond-extract or cherry flavor to it. Previous bottles were more balanced.

  September 15, 2018 - Sadly, this was my favorite wine at a Groth tasting. This is an elegant french-styled chardonnay. There is some oak, it is not overpowering.
