February 3, 2023 - Served blind, What a change compared to seven years ago. The oak is still very present but not as overwhelming as back then. Milkchocolate, ripe sunwarm strawberry, citrus.

September 16, 2021 - On the nose hints of honey, floral notes, yellow stone fruit. A little waxy on the palate, good acidity, quite rich with good concentration. A little simple, medium length. Drink up. 89-91

August 16, 2020 - White wine exchange session. Drank from bottle after 2 hours of air. Tasted blind. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of cream peach, honey nectar flowers, white cream, barely a hint of oxidativeness. Developed.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol (13.5), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of pineapple, cream peach, honey, hot stones minerality, integrated toast oak and nut. Long finish.
Very good quality. Drinking at oak now. Ripe white, oaked neutral varietal. Drink up before there is obvious oxidative notes if you are not a fan of oxidative style for Spanish white like me.

December 20, 2019 - Recently purchased from a merchant and not sure if it's suffered from storage on a shelf. It's not unpleasant at all but rather lean. Compared to a Gravonia drank recently it was less rich and short on body. I'd be inclined to drink up if I had more but maybe better if cellared since release.

August 10, 2019 - Bottle last year was fresher, and more interesting. Perhaps past its prime.
