September 7, 2023 - Best of my three bottles, some nice fruit still present - it's Chardonnay nectarine and lemon but as dried fruits. Definitely oxidised and a bit sherry-like but pleasantly so. Not how you want every Chardonnay but good as a novelty and to serve with cheese.

December 18, 2022 - Primary fruit has left the nose and it's now nutty with nougat and that flora smell of Jura Chardonnay or dry sherry.
Still some fruit sweetness on the palate, a matured kind of mandarin and cumquat marmalade.
Hard to score as it would be very polarising. Clearly well past its prime as a 'normal' Chardonnay but it's evolved into something quite interesting, but it's now an after dinner cheese course Chardonnay rather than an entree Chardonnay. -

April 4, 2006 - Lovely minerality, tight and focused but with good flavour intensity as well. Exhibits very good length. I really like this! It's not a bargain at $40AUD, but it does justify the price.
