April 27, 2024 - Probably the best bottle I have had from Nicora. Just bursting with ripe blackberry and black cherry fruit along with a bit of vanilla and baking spice notes but not overly jammy or alcohol driven. Smooth mouthfeel and lingering finish. Worked great as an end of night sipping wine in front of a fire pit.

December 1, 2021 - Classic bottle that I wanted to drink in 2 days but it was so good that was gone in 1 dinner. Full of red berries, floral tones with a medium body and long finish. Plenty of life left. Jewel from Paso Robles.

June 6, 2020 - Wow. Aged to perfection. Black fruits, well-balanced, highly structured. What a pleasure to drink. This wine is amazing, and I can't imagine it getting any better, so it's in a good place to drink.

October 15, 2019 - My last bottle and enjoyed it on the first night of our honeymoon. The same notes still apply but it was a lot more lively and cohesive at this point. The savory and fruit melded together. Just a wonderful bottle to sip outside on a chilly night. Wish I had more but I'm sure the newer vintages will continue to improve
