March 22, 2023 - Drinking very well now. Medium gold in color. Persistent yet subtle flavor of tropical fruit, bright acidity. Saline and mineral notes. Rich and velvety texture without buttery notes. Opened 2 hours ago for dinner and the wine keeps getting better. The oak is so subtle. Extended smooth finish. Only bottle🙁

December 31, 2021 - Popped and poured. Medium to full bodied. This has real zinging acidity and good dry extract. White peach, pear, cashew, minerals. Long finish. Still quite youthful with more potential.

March 7, 2021 - Sooo sweet, soft and succulent. An impressive balance of lemon curd, ripe pear, sandalwood, melon and meringue, against a delicate but harmonizing backbone of spicy minerals. The finish evolves over 45 seconds with lingering tones of citrus and ripe apple. Opened this magnum first at multi-course family dinner, and kept putting other bottles aside to come back to it.
