May 29, 2017 - Tasted at a big Lucien Le Moine Tasting with approximately 30 wines.
Showing really beautifully, with lovely and complex aromatics of red currant, raspberries, but also some dark red fruit, minerality, violets, some sweet spices, licorice. It's medium-full bodied, dense but very elegant at the same time, with pretty high acidity and high tannin adding structure and freshness. Excellent length. This is a total beauty and miles away from the average and sometimes clumsy Clos de Vougeots. (93+) -

August 29, 2016 - Pepper and kirch, cherry. Ptecise palate with loggt red fruuts but also a bit ripe cherry. Very good structure and ripe medium tannins. Solid concentration and long finish. Outstanding but keep for a long time before drinking. 92p
