Community Tasting Notes 1

June 16, 2018 - Smells like it's going to be a fat, blousy wine at first - the apricot note looks more like tinned, syrupy apricot - but with time it transforms itself to look fresher and more refined in a way, more mineral, tropical fruit and stonefruit. Surprised to see it's 14%, it has ample acidity, and the weight of it doesn't feel like it's too much, or hard to drink. Hits the balance right for me.
