December 10, 2023 - Drinking great. Interesting blend Sangio blend. Iron, graphite. Bing cherry. Nerds. Dr. Pepper. Went perfectly with a steak.

February 3, 2023 - Popped and poured at dinner in Cooper City, FL. Tannic at first but developed into something pleasing. California in style, obviously, but Arthur blends American versions of Sangiovese and Nebbiolo that are unrecognizable yet enjoyable. Good drinking window and would buy again.

November 29, 2020 - I drank this bottle three years ago it was decent. Now it is ready. Great with red sauce. Drink this now. Very nice bottle that just needed time and spaghetti.
