Nous l’avions goûté sur ce millésime auparavant mais sans jamais être conquis... et voilà qu’il se livre enfin.
Nez : projection d’intensité moyenne+, fruits noirs et bleus, un peu d’alcool volatile, garrigues, muscade, poivre, boisé noble, bois mouillé, végétal, cèdre
Bouche : sec, ample+, acidité rafraîchissante, bonne prise minérale, tanins charnus mais en phase de s’assouplir, amertume moyenne, longue moyenne+ -
