January 21, 2022 - Tastes like a dry Sauternes (notes of almond and a little butterscotch) with a touch of lemony brightness. Lush and luscious mouthfeel. Has a delightful, mouthwatering, mineral edge and great acidity. Enrapturing and superb.

August 17, 2021 - On the first day, this was a very interesting wine - Tasted like a sauternes, but totally dry. On the second day, it was completely dead - almost undrinkable, with a taste of bandages. I'll have to make sure to finish the bottle in one go next time.
