March 24, 2018 - This seemed to hit it out of the park today. Green apples and honey. Toast then a touch of licorice. Long finish and very easy to drink. 92--93. For $40 I don't see how you could expect much more. Would buy again. The first bottle we had was good but this was much better. Perhaps it needed a little more time.

September 3, 2017 - Brought to a restaurant, shared with friends as a starter. Nice mix of fruit (leaning toward pear) and toasty yeast. Mid-weight for a champer. Liked this.

January 1, 2017 - Nice nose, long finish, toast and marzipan. Seems to have very high acidity. Very enjoyable and easy to drink.
