  May 28, 2016 - Robe dorée, bien évoluée d'ores et déjà, mais l'aromatique n'est pas tant axée sur l'oxydatif, il y a du fruit jaune mûr dans ce nez de chenin sur tuffeau. L'acidité est bien en place, tendant le vin au palais, avec un alcool de niveau moyen, c'est bien expressif, à la limite du miel mais davantage de la poire mûre, des mirabelles, un peu de confiture d'abricot. Très agréable à marier avec de la charcuterie fumée notamment.

  April 12, 2015 - 91 Amarillo dorado precioso. Nariz de cítricos, miel, algo mineral también. Opulento. En boca sin embargo es seco en el ataque, bastante largo. Muy equilibrado. Acidez suficiente, sin dominar la boca. Me ha gustado mucho.

  April 12, 2015 - Needs time or a long decant to come together. On opening, there is not much expression in the nose, and the mouth is dominated by sourness. Remaining half of the bottle, on day two, was clearly much better, with a clear Chenin Blanc profile and a good balance in the mouth. I will keep my other bottles for a couple of years until the wine comes together.
