September 13, 2016 - Nose of ripe peaches and white pepper. Palate reveals stone fruit, white flowers, and red apple while delivering a rounder mouth feel and a finish that lingers with a touch of white pepper. Medium acid level and much more fruit forward than an Austrian Gruner. A nice experiment with a US Gruner for a first time, but nothing impressive. It went down almost too easily ?.

March 6, 2016 - Clear, watery gold. Moderate, youthful aromas of: champagne-like toast, slight white pepper, and orange peel.
Dry, medium-light body. Crisp acidity. Well balanced. Moderate flavors of: strong yeasty toast, some nuttiness, and a lemon-cream finish. Somewhat reminds me of a dry Riesling. Medium length finish. -

April 3, 2015 - Tastes more Chenin-like than Gruner.
