January 14, 2011 - Consistent with previous note. This is great barbera - still of the opinion that this is better being young it is still doing great. Enjoy!

November 12, 2010 - Hints of brick on the color, otherwise surprisingly deep red.

The nose starts very aromatic with cherries and some oak. Perhaps a bit too much oak for my taste, however this gets more integrated with time in the glass.

Nice structure and acid still, but the fruit has been "bigger" compared to the current state. Long nice finish though. The taste is dominated by cherries (sour), some oak - but not too complex. It is, however, limited what could be expected from a wine like this.

This was better in its youth, however still performing well. The fruit was better before, the structure is still present.
Men den har lagret bra uten at den har vunnet veldig, kan ikke si jeg finner noe form for sekundæraromaer der enda.

The remaining bottle will be drunk not too long into the future, but no immediate rush.
