    August 7, 2016 - It's really peppery. Dry, spicy smelling. After it breathed in the glass a little longer I could get the oaky hint. It could age a little I think and drink better but I just don't see the heavy pepper mellowing. Which could be OK paired with a peppered fire grilled steak.
