Por copas de una botella nueva. Encalado en frío en pared en nariz. Un poco lineal no transmitiendo mucho.
En boca sobresale esa puntiaguda, cítrica acidez que permite que el vino te haga salivar durante segundos. No siempre una elección afortunada dentro de los Jaune. -

May 15, 2017 - Excellent vin jaune, avec de magnifiques notes de noix en rétro-olfaction, et une suavité typique de ce producteur. Dense, sérieux, mais gourmand en même temps. On sent également que c'est encore un bébé, à revoir dans 10 ans ou plus.
