May 23, 2017 - Aerated into glass, no decant. Plumb and dark fruit on the nose and mouth. Some fig glavors. Smoked and slightly woody, but not overly so. Opened up over an hour or so. Dry and not very tannic. Some spice but can't place what. Overall very balanced and enjoyable.
