  August 10, 2017 - Fresh, vibrant, at once floral and herbal at the back. Very aromatic. Dry with relatively short but pleasant finish. A fine food wine for dishes with olives, roasted meats with aromatic spices, Greek spices.

  February 23, 2017 - Very pale color, a few notches away from being colorless. Bright lemon, white flowers on the nose. Palate is very floral (what is that? Hyacinth? Hibiscus? Lilac? Not quite sure), warming into pear, lemon tart. Weight is very light, strikingly so. Not much of a finish, but is perhaps best described as fleeting or ghostly. Nice to quaff.

  December 28, 2016 - This wine gets better every time I try it. Now full of lime zest and creaminess, great acidity and balance with no sharp edges.
