December 10, 2017 - Wine Tasting Group (12/10/2017): Opened for 1h before start. Honeyed aromas with apples, apricots and baking spices. Lively but creamy citrus fruits on the palate accompanied by apples and some minerals. It started out a bit hollow in the midpalate. After another 1.5-2h, everything amped up, filling out the midpalate with a nice moderately long finish. The aromatics on this were really nice and better than palate for me.

September 23, 2016 - This is made from the obscure Jacquere grape which grows prolifically but this is made with lower yields and low sulphur. The nose has some petrol, quite a bit of acidity but a little insipid on the finish.

May 17, 2016 - A green mountain stream. Stony and fresh, herbal. Lilting weight. Cool, as in the sensation, but also coool. Delicious. Dried eaves - tastes like autumn smells.

March 7, 2016 - Apple cider on the nose. On the palate, strong apple cider and weaker notes of pear, lychee, and slightly sweet lemon on the medium finish, with strong acidity. This is fairly intensely flavored, but the cidery acidity dominating over the fruit note is not to my taste, although it's a well made wine. This is interesting to try, but it's not a rebuy for me.

December 24, 2015 - Pretty lean with not much in the way of fruit and Probably needs more to be a crowd pleaser of any sorts. Clean, crisp and Fairly acidic but not enamel clearing, finishes with a strong lemon bite. I quite liked this really despite wishing for just a touch more fruit.
