November 8, 2021 - PNP: Drunk slowly over 2 hrs with cheese plate and steak dinner. A somewhat typical Bordeaux blend principally merlot and cab, but 3 or 4 other varietals "tossed in" at a 5% levels. An interesting well made wine. Slow to develop nose. Bold palate with a bit of a "bite" on the finish. 90+

May 15, 2021 - 2nd bottle not as impressive as the last one. Fruit dropped out a bit and the drying tannins shown through. But aromatics are excellent.

December 27, 2019 - The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, black currant (cassis), raspberry, coffee and sandalwood. It tastes like black currant (cassis), raspberry, blueberry, fig, mushroom, medium toast, vanilla and black pepper. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

September 21, 2019 - Sunfish Cellars Grand Tasting (Just $10) (Sunfish Cellars/I Nonni Minneapolis, MN): This is a solid effort with cherry, floral, blueberries, spices and earth. Medium plus finish and drinking well on a pop and pour. Should age for another 3 to 5 years.
