May 29, 2022 - A full-throttle new world cab. Dark fruit, lots of it. Benefits from air. Probably will benefit from a few more years in the bottle. Lots of good stuff there, somewhat jumbled.

April 12, 2021 - Wound tight for at least an hour, then popped open. Deep dark color with great soothing aroma. Strong tannins, great finish.
