March 6, 2017 - Not very complex but smooth dry finish. Nice with simple sear roasted halibut.

February 24, 2016 - I thought this was very good. Viscous mouth feel and a nice perfume element, especially on the first day. Sorry I can't be more specific, but it faded. Good acid for a crisp finish.
