February 16, 2024 - Belle robe dorée. Nez relativement timide. En bouche, aucun signe oxydation. Vin complexe, bien équilibré et long en bouche. Sur des arômes de beurre, boisé, citron, minéral. Un très beau vin, parfait en ce moment et pour quelques années.

January 19, 2024 - This is at a perfect spot in the drinking window. Plenty of secondary flavors ushered by the inevitable oxidation. My original drinking window extended to 2029, but I think that the oxidation will be overpowering by that time. Drink by 2026, and enjoy this fabulous Chardonnay.

November 30, 2023 - The Northern Burbs You Say? (Churchill Street, Shoreview, MN): Light green-gold color. Drank a glass plus over an hour. I was a bit shocked to find that it had been over 5 yers since last having this wine. Well worth the wait as this was on fire tonight. Wow, explosive nose, saline, lemon-lime, wjhite lilies, lots of oyster shell mineraity. The palate resonates, showing great intensity to its full bodied, electric and lift core, so sleek, Bosq pear, pear panna cotta texture, lithe minerality and brine on a loing finish. This was splendid.
