April 16, 2015 - MASTER ESAGONALE FRANCIA; 1/14/2015-7/30/2015 (HOTEL WESTIN PALACE MILANO): Degustato alla cieca. Impatto vinoso ruspante, sanguigno e molto austero.
Giusta dose di etereità, poi ruggine e terra. Tante spezie mediterranee, paté di olive, timo e pepe verde. Poi la dolcezza tostata quasi cosmetica e il burro di arachidi.
Bocca cruda, asprigna, amarognola e verde. tannino serrato. Sensazione di maturità non completa.
Ancora austero e rigido, introverso e poco femminile. Manca di articolazione aromatica e ha una persistenza finale amarognola monocorde e sbrigativa.
