October 20, 2017 - Stainless steel, high in acid, nutty, very well-balanced, I liked it a lot. I think that it would go well with oysters.

August 3, 2017 - Picked from the Tenuta Guado al Tasso estate, grapes were softly pressed and their must was fermented solely in stainless steel tanks. The result is a pale lemon colored wine with aromas of dominant citrus fruit (lime, lemon), jasmine and hints of freshly cut grass. I like that grass term. It's like that fresh grass after you mow it. For all of you in the city, you know how that is. The palate here shows a nice mineral refreshment, juicy acidity and a long length. Good balance, but simple structure, so drink now and don’t think twice about aging it, because why would you?

April 18, 2017 - Italian Wine Scholar at the Texas Wine School. Clear, bright, medium straw yellow. The nose is clean, with medium (+) aromas of lemon, white flowers, guava and other cooler-climate tropical fruit. The palate is dry, but with plenty of sweet, ripe citrus and stony, savory minerality on the finish. The acidity is medium (+) and the alcohol is medium (12.5%). This sees no oak. This is a beautifully-crisp yet generous wine which should appeal to fans of New World Sauvignon Blancs. Drink now through mid 2018.

April 2, 2017 - pear and almond nose with pear taste with almond accents. Long finish and a slightly effervescent mouth feel that persists like a foam.
