April 20, 2013 - Perfect bottle. Great shape!
Deep golden colour, amber. Still good mousse with lots of bubbles.
Complex, mature bouquet offering candied caramelised yellow fruit. A hint of Sherry, and a hint of apricots.
Great texture, lively and fresh, good acidity, caramelised fruit. Long lovely finish.
Performs very well today!
