December 15, 2018 - Color - Almost inky dark Garnet
Nose - Big fruit that lasted as sat in glass
Palate - Tannic or dry up front on forward part of tongue, after opening up goes away. Hints of chocolate later in finish. Harshness dissipates once left too breathe. A minor off taste, paper like throughout tasting, not sure what it is which cost it a higher score. Cab Sauv 34%, Cab Franc 33%, Merlot 33% -

June 28, 2018 - It may need more time to open, but too tart/tannic on the finish. Nice nose and earthy, mineral mouth.
