February 1, 2023 - This wine is really beginning to flesh out. The heavy menthol that was present earlier has now evolved to take a back seat to some really interesting savory herbal notes. The wine isn't green, it's savory over the top of the fruit. Excellent with steak! Happy to see it this wine change with time.
