September 23, 2023 - A very good 2011, better than I would have expected without signs of the warm vintages.

No notes taken but it’s a very good wine and regret not getting a few more bottles.

December 29, 2021 - Dark reddish brick in color. Restrained aromas of forest-floor, earthy spices, dried red cherries and florals. Medium bodied palate reveals savory dried red fruits, brown sauce, medium acidity, fine grained tannins and a floral/earthy finish.

September 6, 2021 - brownish color, feels too ripe at first i totally missed out on this bottle.. should have opened it in the morning to get this bottle right

  • Mountster27 Likes this wine: 92 points

April 10, 2021 - Fruit shines through mid palate. In a great place right now.

September 25, 2018 - The nose was dark, displaying mulled cherry, floral undergrowth, marine-inspired minerals and hints of dried orange. On the palate, I found silky textures in a feminine expression offset by sour cherry with hints of tart apple, spices, cedar and dried inner floral tones. It finished long with a coating of saturating red berries and fine tannins, yet it remained fresh through lingering acidity.
