October 8, 2021 - A little concerned with the pale rim in the glass but no worries...Nose is deep of red cherries and strawberry. Needed some time to open up, and still a little tight. Very elegant on the palate and i think AF Gros is becoming one of my favorite producers in Burgundy. Very high quality with layers of nice red fruit, calibrated balance and delicate long finish. This is what Burgundy is about.

August 4, 2018 - Billy’s bottle. Touch of browning on the rim. Fine, quintessential Burgundy. Earthy, forest floor, cherries, exotic spices on the nose. Lovely balance of fruit and acidity. Great complexity for its age. Thanks Billy!
