January 9, 2021 - Feel mostly alcohol on the nose, some cherries. Palate also driven by dark cherries, attractive smoothness and good grip. Not at all jammy, while alcohol is again a bit prominent. Had a few bottles in the past, one 2016, v good, one 2018, a bit less exciting. This one is back to form, but thus far seems more a case of bottle variation than benefit of aging (unless 2018 was a closed down stage?).
