Community Tasting Notes 12

  • Campelo Filho Likes this wine: 95 points

April 12, 2024 - Tribute from Thunevin (Bad Boy), with his garage wines, to his daughter Virginie. A second wine of medium body, velvety, with aromas of dark chocolate, smoke and touches of red and black fruits. Delicious on the palate. Already 10 years old but still very much alive.

October 2, 2023 - Mostly consistent with last year's tasting note. Maybe less blue fruit on the slightly more savory palate, and more earthy and cedar bouquet. Delicious.

  • Peck Likes this wine: 92 points

March 3, 2023 - Rich Tasty old plums Fruit and good french oak
    Mature but still going stronger
Much wine for the buck here
    Drack it from a Magnum
Witch means thats its on peak from now on

Enjoy for at least 5 More years
    Merlot most
    Best buy from here

January 5, 2023 - Drank over Christmas break. Quality nose, full of flavour. Decadent and luxurious, yet with a good touch of structure. V nice

May 6, 2022 - Sumptuous right-banker of ripe but restrained blue and dark fruits, earth, and tobacco. Structure here for at least ten more years, but so so good right now.
