February 1, 2023 - This impressed right after opening and through dinner over the first hour. Lovely Bordeaux aromas and palate of black fruit, hint of savory green pepper, balanced and smooth. On night two it was slightly more restrained. Still very good.

May 23, 2021 - Needs time still - better on day 2, when some Brett/bandaid funk has blown off. Still a little exotic for BDX, with black raspberry notes.

April 5, 2020 - Lite smoke cherries with an undertone of vanilla, a silky and smooth feeling in mouth.
Not strong, but rather a medium bodied with a cherry-coated, licorice finish.
½ bottle the day after was also a great glass of vine for lunch.
