June 24, 2020 - BYO with friends - Bordeaux-inspired (Mangiamo, Village Hotel Albert Court): Deep ruby, with some fading on edges. A pepper spiced nose, with blackberry, lavender, and a certain reddish earthiness. A good hit of tannins and power, with blackberry and raspberry flavours, and grass, roses, and tar. Quite a long floral finish

April 24, 2015 - Fleshy, soft and forward with espresso bean and dark black cherry in the heart of a soft, oaky finish. From a blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc, the wine reached 13.25% alcohol. 89-91 Pts
